I was going to travel before but i couldn’t do.

I Will be doing = future doing

I will be eating my lunch at 12:00.

I have lived in Tokyo for 10 years. = I have been living in Tokyo for 10 years.

I had done = Past’s past

It is 10 o’clock now.
My boyfriend visited my house at 9:00.
But I went out my house at 8:00.

I had been doing = Past’s continuous(it is finished alredy.)

I had been living in Tokyo. (before living but now not living)

Have and Have got

American English:
I have a pen.

Do you have a pen?
Yes, I do.
No, I don’t.

British English:

I have got a pen.

Have you got a pen?
Yes, I have.
No, I haven’t.

I used to do = Before often did but now no more do

I used to play computer game.
=Before I often played computer game but now I don’t do it.

Will have done = future finished

I will have eaten my lunch before 1:00 pm.
I will have finished my homework before 11:00 pm.

When = 100% happen

When I go out, I will buy some bread.

If = possible (not sure)

If I go out, I will buy some bread. (I am not sure i go out or not.)

If I go out, I may buy some bread. (I am not sure i go out or not + I am not sure i buy or not.)

Is done (passive)

My mother cleans my room everyday.
My room is cleaned by my mother everyday.(passive)

Was done (Past passive)

My mother cleaned my room last week.
My room was cleaned by my mother last week. (past passive)

I must do = have to do (with my opinion)

I must eat a lot.
You must study English.

I have to do = need to do (normal opinion)

I have to eat a lot.
=I am too skinny so I need to eat more. (normal opinion)

I should do = ①have to do ②give opinion

I prefer =
